  This apartment was a lovely base for exploring central Florence and visiting its most famous attractions. It is on a nice, quiet street that really is a 5-minute walk to… read more the Accademia (home to David) and 10 minutes to the Duomo; the Uffizi and Bargello are about 15 minutes away. It was our first time in the city and we definitely wanted to drink in all that artwork, so this location was perfect for that. At the same time, the apartment is just removed enough from the action that it was a good place to chill out and rest. There are some excellent restaurants closeby, as well as supermarkets, so it is easy to find places to go out or stock up. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and helpful, including when we had complications arriving due to very bad weather. All in all this was a very good experience.

I had mentioned we were visiting Italy for the first time on our honeymoon and we arrived to a lot of heart balloons! Was a fun surprise. Would 10/10 recommend this place!

Seul bémol : équipement de cuisine très basique , et vite limité , difficile de cuisiner réellement (bon alors chouette, il y a l’Accadi…. )))

The place was clean and spacious. The street was quiet, but also within walking distance to the all the attractions in Florence. The best was their recommendations, all neatly set out in the binder: the restaurants are the best we’ve eaten at in Italy: true Italian cuisine that is delicious! I cannot recommend this place enough.
